1This Interim Decision addresses the applicant’s Request for Order asking the Tribunal to remove Doug McDonald and Geri McDonald as individual respondents. Although none of the respondents named in the Application filed a Response to this Request, they have, through counsel for the applicant, indicated that they consent to this order.
2In light of the Tribunal case law advising against the unnecessary naming of individual respondents, and the respondents’ consent, I order that Doug McDonald and Geri McDonald be removed as respondents to this Application and the style of cause be amended to reflect their removal.
3I am not seized of this matter.
