1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), alleging discrimination in the context of employment on the basis of race, colour, ancestry, place of origin and sex. She also alleges reprisal or threat of reprisal.
2The applicant’s employment with the respondent was terminated after the Application was filed. The applicant has subsequently grieved the termination of her employment.
3The respondent has filed a Request for Order during Proceedings (the “respondents’ Request”) seeking an order removing the personal respondents. The applicant has consented to the respondents’ Request.
4The applicant has filed a Request (the “applicant’s Request”) that the Application be deferred pending the determination of a grievance filed by the applicant. The respondents have consented to the applicant’s Request.
5The respondents’ Request to remove the personal respondents is granted and the style of cause is amended accordingly.
6The applicant’s Request to defer the Application pending the outcome of the grievance proceeding is granted.
7The Tribunal directs the parties’ attention to Rules 14.3 and 14.4, which outline the procedure by which a party may request that the Application proceed.
