1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, (the “Code”).

2On February 1, 2010, the applicant verbally advised the Tribunal that she wished to withdraw the Application. The Tribunal made several attempts to reach the applicant by telephone. On February 18, 2010, the Tribunal wrote to the applicant, advising her to complete a Form 9 and provide it to the respondents by March 1, 2010, failing which her Application could be considered abandoned.

3The applicant has not filed a Form 9, nor has she communicated with the Tribunal since February 1, 2010.

4In the circumstances, the Tribunal deems this Application abandoned and it is accordingly dismissed.
