1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended.
2On December 22, 2009, the applicant wrote to the Tribunal indicating that he wished to withdraw the Application. The Tribunal advised the applicant that he must complete a Form 9 and provide a copy to the respondents by February 5, 2010, failing which his Application would be considered abandoned.
3The applicant has not filed a Form 9, nor has he communicated with the Tribunal since December 22, 2009.
4In the circumstances, the Tribunal deems this Application abandoned and it is accordingly dismissed.
