1This is an Application filed on September 4, 2009, under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended. As originally filed, the Application named a number of individuals and entities as respondents. The respondents filed a Request for an Order During Proceedings seeking to remove all respondents from the Application, replacing them with Queen’s University at Kingston as the sole respondent.
2The applicant has consented to the Request.
3On the basis of the material before the Tribunal, including the agreement of the parties, the Request is granted and the style of cause is amended accordingly.
