1On January 19, 2010 the Tribunal issued an Interim Decision, 2010 HRTO 123, deferring consideration of this Application filed under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, until Superior Court proceedings involving these parties were completed.

2On March 1, 2010 the applicant advised the Tribunal that the parties had resolved their dispute and requested leave to withdraw this Application. The respondent consents to the withdrawal. The Application is withdrawn with leave of the Tribunal.
