1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), on November 3, 2009. On December 14, 2009 the Tribunal issued a Notice of Application, along with a copy of the Application to Party Packagers Inc., the corporate respondent, and to Waheed Said, the personal respondent by regular mail at addresses provided by the applicant. The Notice of Application instructs the respondents to provide Responses to the Application within 45 days.
2The corporate respondent provided its Response on January 18, 2010. The Notice of Application and attendant documents that were sent to the personal respondent were returned as “mover/unknown”.
3The Tribunal contacted the applicant who confirmed that she has no other mailing address for the personal respondent.
4In order to serve the personal respondent the corporate respondent is directed to provide the Tribunal and the applicant with the personal respondent’s current address and mailing address or, if it is not aware of the current address and mailing address, the most recent mailing address for the personal respondent. The corporate respondent is directed to provide this information within seven days of the date of this Interim Decision.
