1The complainant’s Request for Order seeking to add as a respondent the Chief of Police of the Toronto Police Service, William Blair, is granted. Reasons for the Tribunal’s ruling will follow.
2In the circumstances, the hearing dates set in this matter for February 23, 24, 25 and 26, 2010, are cancelled.
3However, the Tribunal will convene a Case Conference Hearing at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 23, 2010, at 655 Bay Street, Toronto, 14th Floor, for the purpose of consulting with the parties and giving directions with respect to the next steps in the proceeding, including any steps necessitated by the addition of the respondent William Blair at this stage of the complaint.
