1This is an Application filed on April 15, 2009 under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19 as amended (the “Code”), in which the applicant alleged that she suffered discrimination on the ground of place of origin and sex in the area of employment.
2On January 21, 2010, the applicant's representative filed a Request for an Order During Proceedings, seeking to change the financial remedies sought from “$10,000 for a general damages” to “$16,000 as damages for injury to dignity, feelings and self-respect including mental anguish”. The applicant's representative has submitted satisfactory evidence that both respondent parties consent to the amendment.
3The Application is amended accordingly.
