1This is an Application filed on April 20, 2009, under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19 as amended, (the “Code”).
2A mediation date was scheduled for December 21, 2009. The applicant failed to attend at the mediation.
3On January 7 and 11, 2010, Tribunal staff attempted to contact the applicant by telephone but the applicant did not respond to the voice mail messages.
4In a Registrar’s letter dated January 11, 2010, the applicant was directed to advise the Tribunal within 10 days of the date of the letter of his intentions with respect to the Application. The letter stated that if the applicant did not do so, the Application would be deemed abandoned.
5The applicant has not communicated with the Tribunal as directed in the letter from the Registrar or otherwise. The Application is dismissed as abandoned.
