1This is an Application filed July 30, 2009, under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), alleging discrimination in employment on the basis of disability and reprisal.
2The respondents filed a Response on October 30, 2009, and the applicant filed a Reply on November 19, 2009. The Application is currently scheduled for hearing on March 16 and 17, 2011.
3On December 8, 2010, the applicant filed a Request for an Order During Proceeding requesting an order to amend the Application to increase the general damages sought to $30,000.00. The applicant states that the Request is on consent of the respondent, who has been copied on the Request.
4Having regard to all of the circumstances, the Request is granted. The Application is amended so that the financial remedy sought in paragraph 10 includes an increase in the general damages to $30,000.00.
5I am not seized.
