1This is an Application filed on October 15, 2010, under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”).

2On October 20, 2010, the Tribunal issued a Notice of Intent to Dismiss to the applicant. It directed the applicant to provide submissions responding to issues raised in the Notice. The Notice advised the applicant that if he did not make submissions within 30 days from October 20, 2010, the Tribunal would make its decision based only on the information in the Application or may consider the failure to respond as an abandonment of the Application and dismiss the Application for that reason. The Notice was sent to the applicant’s representative at the address provided in the Application.

3The applicant has not provided any submissions and the time for doing so has elapsed.

4In the circumstances, the Tribunal deems the Application abandoned and it is accordingly dismissed.
