1This Application was filed June 2, 2009 under section 53(5) of Part VI of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”). This Interim Decision deals with a consent request to add parties and amend the Application.

2Having regard to the agreement of the parties and the basis for the requests, I find that it is fair, just and expeditious to add Gail Fenelon, Kevin Young and Dan Davidson as parties to this Application and to amend the Application as set out in the applicant’s Request.
