[1] On December 31, 2009, the Tribunal sent the applicant a letter advising him that if he did not respond to the Tribunal’s directions within two weeks of the letter, the Tribunal would dismiss the Application as abandoned.
[2] The applicant has not responded, and the time for doing so has elapsed. In the circumstances, the Tribunal deems this Application abandoned and it is accordingly dismissed.
