1This is a Decision in respect of an Application filed on August 17, 2009 under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19 as amended, (the "Code"). A mediation was scheduled for September 8, 2010. The applicant did not attend the mediation, and did not contact the Tribunal.

2On September 24, 2010, the Tribunal wrote to the applicant, noting that she had failed to attend the mediation, and advising her that she must communicate with the Tribunal to advise of her intentions in respect of the Application. The letter advised that the Application would be dismissed as abandoned if the applicant did not respond within ten days.

3To date, the applicant has not responded.

4In the circumstances, the Tribunal deems the Application abandoned and it is accordingly dismissed.
