1On December 31, 2009, the Tribunal sent the applicant a letter advising him that if he did not respond to the Tribunal’s directions within two weeks of the letter, the Tribunal would dismiss the Application as abandoned.

2The applicant has not responded, and the time for doing so has elapsed. In the circumstances, the Tribunal deems this Application abandoned and it is accordingly dismissed.
