1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the "Code"), on August 30, 2010.
2On September 28, 2010, the Tribunal sent the applicant a Notice of Intent to Dismiss as it appeared the Application was outside the Tribunal's jurisdiction to decide. The applicant was directed to respond to the Notice by no later than 30 days after September 28, 2010, and advised that failure to respond could result in the Application being dismissed as abandoned.
3As of the date of this Decision, the applicant has not responded to the Tribunal and the Tribunal's correspondence to her has not been returned.
4In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application and the Application is dismissed.
