1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, (the “Code”), on July 13, 2010.
2On August 23, 2010 the Tribunal sent the applicant a Notice advising that her Application as filed was both incomplete and appeared to be outside the Tribunal’s jurisdiction to decide. The applicant was directed to respond to the Notice providing the missing information by no later than September 12, 2010, and her written submissions on the jurisdictional issues by no later than September 22, 2010. She was advised that failure to respond to the Notice could result in her Application being closed administratively or dismissed as abandoned. The applicant did not respond to this Notice.
3On September 30, 2010 the Tribunal wrote to the applicant again directing her to respond to the August 23, 2010 Notice by no later than October 10, 2010. The letter was sent by email and regular mail. As of the date of this Decision the applicant has not responded to the Tribunal and the Tribunal’s correspondence has not been returned.
4In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application and the Application is dismissed.
