1The applicant makes an unopposed Request for Order to remove the personal respondents. The Request is granted.

2The parties have agreed that the respondent need not file a Response until September 30, 2011 or until 30 days after the applicant notifies the Tribunal and the other parties that he wishes to receive a Response.

3On consent of the parties, the Tribunal shall take no further steps in this matter for a period of up to one year unless contacted by one of the parties. If no party communicates with the Tribunal by October 25, 2011, the Application may be dismissed as abandoned.
