DECISION
Adjudicator: Naomi Overend
Indexed as: LeCoz v. Ontario (Health and Long-Term Care)
1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, (the “Code”), on June 17, 2009 and the respondent filed its Response on November 19, 2009. Although both parties indicated that they agreed to attend mediation, the applicant did not attend the mediation scheduled in Ottawa on July 27, 2010, nor has she otherwise contacted the Tribunal since filing the Application.

3In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.
4The Application is dismissed.
Dated at Toronto, this 13th day of October, 2010.
