1In an Interim Decision dated July 20, 2009 (2009 HRTO 1077), the Tribunal held that it would take no further steps in these matters for a period of up to one year unless contacted by one of the parties. It stated that if no party communicated with the Tribunal by July 20, 2010, the Applications could be dismissed as withdrawn.
2No party has communicated with the Tribunal. The six Applications are dismissed. A copy of this Decision shall be sent to the Public Guardian and Trustee.
