[1] The applicant filed an Application with the Tribunal on April 28, 2009 pursuant to s. 34 of the Human Rights Code R.S.O. 1990, c. H. 19 as amended. The applicant alleges discrimination in employment on the grounds of disability and reprisal.
[2] The applicant has recently communicated with the Tribunal indicating that she will undergo a significant medical procedure imminently. Given this extraordinary circumstance, the hearing scheduled for November 16, 17 and 18, 2010 is adjourned.
[3] The applicant will contact the Registrar when her condition is such that she will be able to participate in a hearing and, in any event, no later than March 31, 2011 at which time the Registrar will re-schedule hearing dates. If the applicant fails to contact the Tribunal by that date the Tribunal may dismiss the Application as abandoned.
[4] I am not seized of this matter.
Dated at Toronto, this 12th day of October, 2010.
