1Further to this morning’s case management call with the parties, the Tribunal makes the following Orders:
By October 19, 2010, the Ontario Human Rights Commission shall provide a copy of its complete investigation file to the complainant and respondent.
By November 2, 2010, both parties shall make best efforts to disclose all arguably relevant documents regarding the issues referred to the Tribunal by the Commission, including documents regarding the “neighbour incident” and documents regarding all communication between the respondent and the OPP about the complainant.
By November 16, 2010, the complainant will deliver to the respondent and file with the Tribunal complete will-say statements for all witnesses she intends to call, all documents upon which she intends to rely at the hearing, a statement of how the respondent allegedly violated the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, and a statement of the remedies she requests.
By December 14, 2010, the respondent will deliver to the complainant and file with the Tribunal complete will-say statements for all witnesses it intends to call, all documents upon which it intends to rely at the hearing, a statement of its position on the alleged Code violations and any other issues that arise from the complainant’s filings, and a response to the requested remedies.
