Adjudicator: David Muir
Indexed as: Ledger v. London Health Sciences Centre
1These are two Applications received by the Tribunal on December 31, 2008 under section 53(3) of Part VI of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”).
2By correspondence dated June 18, 2010 the applicants advised that these Applications had settled. On June 18, 2010 the Tribunal wrote to the parties and asked that they provide an executed Form TR-10. This request was reiterated on August 11, 2010.
3On August 31, 2010 the Tribunal wrote to the parties to advise it was the Tribunal’s intention to dismiss these Applications as abandoned. The Tribunal further directed that if the parties wished the Tribunal to confirm the settlement they were required to file a Form TR-10 20 calendar days from the date of the letter or to provide their written submissions, if any.
4As of this writing the parties have neither provided an executed Form TR-10 or provided their written submissions as directed. Accordingly these Applications are dismissed as abandoned.
Dated at Toronto, this 30th day of September, 2010.
