DECISION
Adjudicator: Sherry Liang
Indexed as: Bley v. Landmark Home Solutions
1The applicant filed an Application under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), on March 1, 2010. The Tribunal has attempted to deliver the Application to the respondent at the address provided by the applicant. Although the Notice of Application was not returned as undeliverable, it is apparent from the material in the file that the address is incorrect.
2On August 18, 2010, the Tribunal wrote to the applicant to advise that it was unable to proceed with her Application until she provided further contact information for the respondent. The applicant was warned that failure to provide the requested information could result in the dismissal of the Application.
3The applicant has not responded to the Tribunal’s correspondence. In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application and the Application is dismissed.
Dated at Toronto, this 23rd day of September, 2010.
