1This is an Application filed on February 26, 2010 under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the "Code"). The respondents have filed a Request for an Order During Proceedings, asking that the Tribunal decline to accept the applicant's Reply on the basis that it was filed four days beyond the deadline specified under the Rules.
2Even assuming that the Reply was filed beyond the deadline, the Tribunal finds no good reason to grant the Request. The Request is denied and the Reply is accepted.
