1On a conference call and by Case Assessment Direction dated June 23, 2010, the applicant was directed to file full and complete written submissions by August 10, 2010 in response to a Request for Order made by the respondent. The applicant did not do so. In a letter from the Registrar dated August 27, 2010, the applicant was advised that if he failed to file the submissions as directed, the Application may be dismissed as abandoned.
