1This is a Decision in respect of an Application filed on April 26, 2010, under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended.

2On June 2, 2010, the Tribunal wrote to the applicant, advising that it appeared that the Application was outside the jurisdiction of the Tribunal. The applicant was required to provide a response within 30 days to specific questions set out in the letter. The letter advised that the Application could be dismissed as abandoned if the applicant did not respond.

3To date, the applicant has not responded.

4In the circumstances, the Tribunal deems the Application abandoned and it is accordingly dismissed.
