The applicant filed an Application under section 34 of the Ontario Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”), on June 23, 2010.

The Tribunal invited the applicant to provide written submissions within 30 days of July 26, 2010 addressing the jurisdictional issues highlighted in the Notice.
The Tribunal’s Notice further indicated that, if the applicant did not file written submissions by the required time, the Tribunal may consider the failure to respond as an abandonment of the Application and dismiss the Application for that reason.
The applicant has not responded to the Tribunal’s correspondence, nor filed submissions in accordance with the deadline.
In the circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application.
The Application is dismissed.
