1This is a Decision in respect of an Application filed on April 14, 2010 under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19 as amended, (the "Code").

2On June 2, 2010, in a telephone conversation in the course of dealing with the Application, the applicant indicated to the Tribunal’s Case Processing Officer that she did not wish to proceed with the Application. The Case Processing Officer requested that the applicant send a Request to Withdraw to the respondents and to the Registrar's office. The applicant stated that she would do so within a week.

3No Request was received, and the Case Processing Officer contacted the applicant on June 15, 2010. The applicant was unable to give a date by which she could undertake to send the Request. On July 27, 2010, the Registrar wrote to the applicant asking her to provide a Request to Withdraw to the respondents and to the Registrar's office by August 6, 2010 and indicating that her Application would be considered abandoned if the information was not received by that date.

4No Request has been received. In the circumstances, the Tribunal deems the Application abandoned and it is accordingly dismissed.
