1This Application was filed on January 6, 2010 under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”).
2In a previous Interim Decision, 2010 HRTO 1191, the Tribunal deferred this Application pending the conclusion of the grievance process related to two grievances filed by the applicant. That process has now concluded through the withdrawal of the two grievances (as well as four additional grievances). The applicant has now filed a Request to proceed under Rule 14.3.
3The respondents did not file a response to the applicant’s request to re-activate her Application.
4In the circumstances, the request to proceed is appropriate and is granted. The Registrar shall schedule the Application for mediation.
5I am not seized of this matter.
