1The applicant filed an Application with the Tribunal on January 18, 2010.

2On May 17, 2010, the applicant sent an email to the Tribunal advising that he had entered into negotiations with the respondent to try to resolve the issues raised in the Application. On June 11, 2010, the Tribunal wrote to the applicant asking for further information about the status of the Application and whether he wanted the Tribunal to defer consideration of his Application, and if so for how long. The applicant was directed to provide a response by July 1, 2010 and advised that if he did not respond, the Tribunal could dismiss the Application as being abandoned.

3The applicant has not provided a response to the Tribunal’s correspondence and the time for doing so has now passed. In these circumstances, the applicant is deemed to have abandoned the Application and it is dismissed on that basis.
