1In a Case Assessment Direction dated April 30, 2010, the Tribunal directed that a conference call be held on the issue of whether this Application has a reasonable prospect of success. The applicant failed to respond to Tribunal staff’s attempts to obtain available dates from the applicant for the call.

2On June 22, 2010 the Registrar wrote to the applicant, advising that if he did not respond within ten days of the date of the letter, the Tribunal would deem him to have abandoned the Application and close its file.

3The applicant did not respond. The Application is dismissed as abandoned.
