1. This Application was filed under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, (the "Code").

2. The Tribunal sent the applicant a Notice of Intent to Dismiss the Application on the basis that the Application appeared to be outside the Tribunal's jurisdiction. The Notice, which was sent to the applicant, directed the applicant to provide submissions within 30 days explaining why she believed the Tribunal has jurisdiction to deal with the Application. The Notice further advised the applicant that if she did not make submissions by the required time, the Tribunal would make its decision based only on the information in the Application.

3. The applicant has not provided any submissions, and the time for doing so has elapsed. In the circumstances, the Tribunal deems the Application abandoned and it is accordingly dismissed.
