2The Tribunal wrote the following to the applicant's representative on June 10, 2010:
The Tribunal has attempted to contact the Applicant's Representative on multiple occasions requesting of [him] a status update on the Application. To date, the Applicant and the Applicant's Representative have not responded to our request....
If you do not respond within ten days of the date of this letter, the Tribunal will deem you to have abandoned the Application....
3Neither the applicant nor the applicant's representative have communicated with the Tribunal in response to the June 10, 2010 letter and the deadline for doing so has elapsed.
4Pursuant to Rule 5.4 of the Rules of Procedure, the Tribunal deems the Application abandoned and it is accordingly dismissed.
