Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario
B E T W E E N:
Heather Dewey
Applicant
-and-
Cash Store Financial Services Inc. and Belinda Grcar
Respondents
INTERIM DECISION
Adjudicator: Ken Bhattacharjee
Indexed as: Dewey v. Cash Store Financial Services
1In an Interim Decision, 2010 HRTO 951, I directed the applicant to inform the Tribunal whether or not she intends to pursue her Application against the individual respondent, Belinda Grcar, and if so, to either provide an up-to-date address for service on Ms. Grcar, or to file a Request for Order During Proceedings to request that the Tribunal order the organization respondent to produce her last known postal and e-mail addresses.
2The applicant sent the Tribunal an e-mail on April 30, 2010, which stated that she wants her Application to proceed against all the respondents. She also filed a Request for Order During Proceedings, which requested that the Tribunal order the organization respondent to produce Ms. Grcar’s last known postal and e-mail addresses. The organization respondent did not file a Response to the Request.
3The Tribunal therefore orders Cash Store Financial Services Inc. to deliver to the applicant and file with the Tribunal the current or last known postal and e-mail addresses of Ms. Grcar no later than five days after the date of this Interim Decision.
4The Tribunal will then send the Application to Ms. Grcar at the addresses provided by the organization respondent.
5I am not seized of this matter.
Dated at Toronto, this 11th day of June, 2010.
