1This is an Application filed on October 29, 2009, under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”).
2In addition to the corporate respondent, the Application initially named Andrea Carson, Kerry Bock, Grant Carioni and Christine Lang as personal respondents.
3The respondents have made a Request for Order During Proceedings seeking to have the individual respondents removed as parties. The applicant has consented to this request.
4In light of the Tribunal case law advising against the unnecessary naming of individual respondents, and the applicant’s consent, I order that Andrea Carson, Kerry Bock, Grant Carioni and Christine Lang be removed as respondents to this Application and the style of cause be amended to reflect their removal.
5I am not seized of this matter.
