1This Decision deals with an Application filed under section 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19 as amended, (the “Code”).
2The Application was filed on November 3, 2008. On April 12, 2010, the Tribunal Registrar wrote to the applicant seeking direction about whether or not the applicant wished to pursue the Application or whether it should be considered as abandoned. A follow-up email was sent to the applicant by the Registrar on May 12, 2010. The applicant replied by email on May 12, 2010 and advised that he does not wish to pursue the Application.
3The Application is dismissed as abandoned.
