1This is a Decision in respect of an Application filed on January 30, 2009 under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19 as amended, (the "Code").
2On April 16, 2010, the Tribunal wrote to the applicant, who had failed to attend the mediation that had been scheduled at his request. The Tribunal advised the applicant that he must communicate with the Tribunal his wish either to reschedule the mediation or to proceed to a hearing, by April 26, 2010. The letter advised that the Application would be dismissed as abandoned if the applicant did not respond.
3To date, the applicant has not responded.
4In the circumstances, the Tribunal deems the Application abandoned and it is accordingly dismissed.
