1The applicant filed an Application on June 17, 2009 under section 53(5) of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O 1990, c. H. 19, as amended.
2By letter dated July 31, 2009 the Tribunal acknowledged receipt of the Application and directed the corporate respondent to provide contact information for the personal respondents. Further correspondence was sent to the applicant and the corporate respondent on March 10, 2010, March 18, 2010 and March 29, 2010. The correspondence sent to the corporate respondent on March 18, 2010 and March 29, 2010 was returned to the Tribunal by Canada Post.
3By letter dated March 29, 2010 the Tribunal advised the applicant that the contact information provided with respect to the corporate respondent was not accurate and directed the applicant to provide current contact information for the corporate respondent within 21 days.
4The applicant did not respond to this direction. By letter dated April 26, 2010 the Tribunal sent a Notice of Intent to Dismiss an Application to the applicant advising that in the absence of reliable contact information for any of the respondents, the Tribunal was not satisfied that the respondents had notice of the Application and that the Application would be dismissed. The applicant was given 14 days to make any submissions on the notice of intent to dismiss.
5The applicant did not contact the Tribunal within 14 calendar days and the Application is dismissed as abandoned.
