Lafarge Canada Inc. and Chris White Respondents
INTERIM DECISION
Adjudicator: Michelle Flaherty Date: May 10, 2010 Citation: 2010 HRTO 1042 Indexed as: Hitchcock v. Lafarge Canada
1This Application, filed under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended, (the “Code”), involves allegations of discrimination on the basis of disability in the context of employment.
2In essence, the applicant alleges the respondents failed to accommodate his disability and that it required unreasonable medical documentation and that it unfairly terminated his employment.
3The Application contains allegations against the Teamsters Union, Local 230 (“Union”) and Dan Millar. On March 5, 2010, the applicant advised the Tribunal and the respondents that he wished to withdraw the Application against these two respondents.
4None of the respondents have objected to this request. Accordingly, the Application is withdrawn against the Union and Dan Millar and the style of cause is amended accordingly.
5I am not seized of this matter.
Dated at Toronto, this 10^th^ day of May, 2010.
