1The respondents have filed a Request for Reconsideration of the Tribunal’s Interim Decision, 2009 HRTO 181, in which the Tribunal made certain determinations on liability and invited the parties to attempt to resolve the outstanding issues, failing which the Case Resolution Conference would be resumed to hear additional evidence and submissions in regards to the remaining issues in dispute.

2The Tribunal’s Rules governing Requests for Reconsideration make clear that only final decisions are subject to Requests for Reconsideration. As the Interim Decision is not a final determination of the Application the Tribunal will not entertain the Request.
