1This is an Application filed on August 8, 2008, under section 34 of Part IV of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”). It has been scheduled for hearing starting on September 21, 2009.

2The applicant has filed a Request for an Order During Proceedings, to which a Response has been filed by one of the respondents. It is not clear from the Request what order the applicant is seeking. She indicates through checking off the box on the Form 10 that she wishes to amend her Application. When asked to specify the order requested, she states simply “I was on a leave of absence pending the resolution of my Human Rights Complaint. My ROE received from the Respondents states that I quit. Respondents have fired me.” In providing the reasons for the request, the applicant recounts events that she alleges have occurred between July 2008 and May 2009, and attaches some documents.

3The applicant is requested to clarify how she wishes to amend her Application. She is asked to clarify whether she is alleging additional acts of discrimination by the respondents and/or additional remedies. She is asked to clarify the purpose for which she submits the documents attached to her Request for Order. In short, she is asked to specify what she wishes to add to the Application that she filed on August 8, 2008.

4The applicant is directed to provide this clarification to the respondents and the Tribunal within two weeks of the date of this Interim Decision. The respondents may respond to the Request for Order within a week of receiving the applicant’s clarification.
