Christianson v. Ontario (Health and Long-Term Care), 2009 HRTO 912

1This Interim Decision follows an earlier Interim Decision, 2009 HRTO 783, seeking submission from the applicant on preliminary matters raised by the respondents. The applicant has asked for an extension of time to provide those submissions.

2Under the circumstances, the Tribunal grants the applicant’s request. Mr. Christianson must file his submissions by July 9, 2009. No further time extension will be granted and the Tribunal may determine the matter on the basis of the materials that have been filed as of July 9, 2009.

3The hearing scheduled for July 3, 2009 is accordingly adjourned. The Tribunal will contact the parties to confirm a new hearing date.
