1This Interim Decision follows an earlier Interim Decision, 2009 HRTO 778, seeking submissions from the applicant on preliminary matters raised by the respondents. The applicant now asks for an extension of time to provide those submissions.

2Under the circumstances, the Tribunal will grant a two-week extension to make his submissions. Mr. Christianson must file his submissions by July 9, 2009. No further time extension will be granted and the Tribunal may determine the matter on the basis of the documents that have been filed as of July 9, 2009.

3In the circumstances, the hearing scheduled for July 2, 2009, is adjourned. The Tribunal will contact the parties to confirm a new hearing date.
