INTERIM DECISION
Adjudicator: Michelle Flaherty
Indexed as: Kim v. Meet Market Adventures
1The applicant filed an Application pursuant to s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990 c. H.19, as amended, (the “Code”), alleging that the respondents discriminated against her on the basis of race, sex, martial status, and age in respect of the provision of goods or services. She also alleges reprisals or threat of reprisal.
2A hearing has been scheduled for September 17, 2009.
3On June 4, 2009, the applicant filed a Request for an Order (“Request”) seeking to amend the Application to add further information regarding how the alleged discrimination has affected her.
4The respondents have not responded to the Request and the time for doing so has elapsed.
5In view of the stage at which this Request to amend is made, the nature of the amendments and the absence of any apparent prejudice, I see no reason to deny the applicant’s Request. I order that the Application be amended accordingly.
6The respondents are not required to file an amended Response. However, should they wish to do so, they may file an amended Response within 20 days of the date of this Interim Decision.
7I am not seized of this matter.
Dated at Toronto, this 24^th^ day of June, 2009.
