1This is an application filed March 26, 2009 under section 53(5) of Part VI of the Ontario Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended (the “Code”). The purpose of this decision is to ensure for the orderly management of Application.
2On May 20, 2009, the Tribunal advised the applicant that his Application was not complete because it did not contain a complete copy of the original complaint filed with the Ontario Human Rights Commission. He was directed to provide the missing information and deliver the complete Application to the respondents within 21 days.
3In the meantime, from April 3, 2009 to June 1, 2009 the applicant has copied the Tribunal on 15 emails addressed to members of the Presbyterian Church. Some emails are over 100 pages and contain lengthy attachments. None of this material has been requested by the Tribunal and does not appear to relate to the Application before the Tribunal.
4The applicant is ordered to cease copying the Tribunals on his emails. The Tribunal will not open emails copied to the Tribunal unless the subject line of the email specifically relates to the current Application.
