1The applicant filed an Application filed under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended against the corporate respondent Pizza Nova Take Out Limited and the personal respondent Tong Zhang.

2The applicant and the corporate respondent have reached an agreement resolving the dispute as between them and have filed a completed Form 25 with the Tribunal.

3In view of the agreement as set out in the Form 25 the Tribunal orders that this Application against the corporate respondent as is finally disposed of and the style of cause will be amended accordingly. The Application will proceed against the personal respondent only.
