1Having regard to the agreement of the parties, the Tribunal orders the following:

a. The Case Conference scheduled for January 20, 2009 is hereby adjourned.

b. The requirement for filing documents as set out in the Tribunal’s January 15, 2009 decision is hereby suspended.

2The parties have indicated their willingness to participate in a mediation, and have agreed to January 27, 2009 as the date for mediation. Accordingly, the Tribunal will schedule a mediation for January 27, 2009. The Registrar will provide the parties with notice of the start time and location of the mediation.
