1On February 13, 2009 the applicant wrote to the Tribunal to advise he was revoking his Application filed under s. 34 of the Human Rights Code, R.S.O. 1990, c. H.19, as amended and attaching a Request to Withdraw an Application (Form 10) pursuant to Rule 10 of the Tribunal’s Rules of Procedure.

2The applicant was directed to deliver his Request to Withdraw on the respondents and file a Statement of Delivery with the Tribunal. The applicant has not done so and has taken no further steps with respect to his Application.

3In the circumstances the Application is deemed abandoned and the Tribunal’s file will be closed.
